About:  A quiet mare with spark, Cassie is calm and collected in most situations. Though often at the bottom of the pecking order with other horses, she has a bit of 'mare fire' with people and will never cease to try and object to your commands until she is sure you are willing to follow through with real assertion. She suffered a fracture in her rear left hind as a very young horse ( through no fault of her own, assumed caused by a kick from another horse ), and hence has developed premature arthritis and is only to be ridden lightly/for pleasure. She is however, correct in her conformation with strong-boned legs and and a slight uphill build. Her longer back suggests progeny with potential for all disciplines, but some that may well excel particularly in dressage.
